She also wrote about the incident in her publication Chicken Soup for the Preteen Soul and the 7th Heaven episode Nothing Endures But Change. The close friend of Mitchell Angela died in a tragic car accident at the age of 15 years old. Mitchell had a very difficult experience with the loss incident, and Angela was the inspiration behind Mitchell's song Angel in Mitchell's debut album. Mitchell also spoke about her experience during Chicken Soup, for Preteen Souls, and 7th Heaven: Nothing Endures But Change.
