Chando resides in New York City. Chando was a student at Manhattan College prior to becoming an actor. Chando originated the role of Maddie Coleman on the television soap opera As the World Turns, which she performed from 2005 until 2007 and again for several months starting in the middle of 2009. Alexandra was first seen on the screen in 2002, with House Blend as Jenna Harper. She was Maddie Coleman in the CBS soap As the World Turns for three seasons. Chando made an appearance on the American television documentary show True life in 2009. She was also a part of Sherri. Chando also played Annabelle in two episodes Glory Daze, an American comedy and drama television show. The other TV credits she has are Castle, Hindsight Dead People and Outcast.
